Our values are central to our identity. They guide what we do, how we behave and how we interact with each other, our clients, partners and beneficiaries.

Our Values

Ethics at Aktis

At Aktis we are aware that every action and decision we make has an impact on others. We place great emphasis on conducting all aspects of our work to the highest ethical principles. We believe it is crucial to act with the utmost integrity in all aspects of our business, showing respect for the trust placed in us by our clients, partners and beneficiaries.

Our internal ethical principles and expectations of staff are set out in the company’s ethics policies. These include whistleblowing, anti-bribery, human rights and child protection policies and grievance procedures. Our Ethics Committee ensures that our ethical standards are applied across all aspects of our business.
